Due to the nature of digital files, orders will not be eligible for refund. 

If you are unsatisfied with the product please reach out to me and we may be able to work something out.

Since these files are digital and can not be returned, please read each description carefully, and note which software it is compatible with.

If you purchased for the wrong program, please contact me and we may be able to do a swap for an eligible product.

I, VisualTimmy, reserve the right to deny any refund requests if I feel they are without basis, or maliciously requested. As the copyright holder, all requests are based upon my sole discretion.
